JAPANESE EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Summary 

The article deals with such issues as the Japanese philosophy of Japanese Experience in Human Resource Management    and the basic strategy of its model. The article pays special attention to such issues that are implied in the Japanese paradigm: training, improving motivation and teamwork practices, the importance of having a friendly relationship between managers and ordinary workers, issues of the usefulness of job compensation.
